1. Shipping Coverage
Coverage is national, split across two service areas.
Peninsular Malaysia — all states fall inside the delivery network.
East Malaysia — Sabah & Sarawak are served in the same way.
2. Order Processing Time
Preparation comes before carriage. A window is stated so the Customer knows when to expect movement rather than silence.
Processing — every order is processed within 1–3 business days, a count that excludes weekends and public holidays.
Confirmation — on dispatch, a confirmation email carrying the tracking information is sent to the Customer.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Carriage times differ by destination. The Company runs no overnight or next-day service, so the table below is the honest picture.
These are estimates. Courier operations, seasonal holidays and extreme weather sit outside the Company’s control and can extend any window shown.
4. Shipping Charges
Delivery is free. The standard fee is absorbed rather than passed on, which is what the Company means by value.
Free shipping — standard shipping fees are waived on the Customer’s order.
The exception — bulk or specialised promotional orders may still be charged at checkout on total weight and destination, where applicable.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking is issued, not requested. Nobody should have to chase a parcel to learn where it is.
Tracking number — sent by email or SMS once the courier partner takes the parcel.
Direct link — it reports the parcel’s progress in real time.
